Is there a minimum order?
No. There is no opening order minimum and no reorder minimum. Buy one piece to test it on your shelf if that is what you want to do.
What's included in the educator session?
Three hours in your salon with a Natalie Anne educator, for up to 10 of your team. It is a look-and-learn, so nobody is standing around waiting for a turn — bring a model or two, or use mannequins. We demo the work, walk your team through the range properly, then show them how to shoot the finish.
There is no minimum to open an account. The session is the one thing with a threshold, and it unlocks on a qualifying opening order — you will see the figure as soon as your account is live. If the educator we match you with is based outside your state, you can cover their travel, or we run the same three hours live on Zoom. Your call.
How long does approval take?
It does not. Complete the form and your account is active — your trade pricing is live and you can order straight away.
Who can apply?
Salon owners and managers, freelance and mobile stylists, and educators or session stylists. You will need an ABN.
Do you really share your stockists' work?
Yes. Tag us and we highlight it. It is not a campaign we run occasionally or a reward for spending a certain amount — it is how the community page works.
Why can't I see the prices before I apply?
Trade pricing sits behind the account rather than on a public page. Applying takes a couple of minutes and there is nothing to wait for afterwards, so you will see it almost immediately.
Do you offer payment terms?
No — orders are paid at checkout. It is a deliberate choice: it keeps the pricing sharp and means we are never chasing salons for money.
What does freight cost?
